What we do
We check your assessment, we recommend filing or not filing, and if you ask us to, we request an assessor review and file where that is needed to preserve your rights.

What we do not do
We do not give legal advice. In Ontario, anything filed with the Assessment Review Board is filed by a licensed representative.

Fees
An upfront fee at signing, after the cooling-off period, plus a share of the saving you actually receive. The arithmetic is on your statement.

Cooling off
You may cancel within the stated period for a full refund. If you ask us to start immediately, we may retain the portion covering work already done.

Annual renewal
The standing annual check is optional, can be switched off at any time, and we ask before filing anything, every year.

Limits
We do not guarantee any saving. A review board may raise an assessment in some jurisdictions.
